FuturePay Payments via Worldpay
FuturePay Payments via Worldpay is a Recurring Payment online agreement and arranged online, similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, but funds can be debited from your debit or credit card.
Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements may be set up to obtain payment on a repeat or regular basis for ongoing subscriptions and memberships, or payment by instalment for the products / services the online store sells. As agreed with the individual in the Young Business Club London Membership Agreement once your Full Membership is agreed by the Club, normal circumstances will see your subscription fee paid automatically on a monthly basis, until further notice.
How often will Futurepay payments be made?
Future Payments for membership of the Young Business Club will be made monthly:
Full membership for
6 Month: 1 payment per month of £400
12 Month: 1 payment per month of £375 Making Payments
Once your agreement has been set up, payments will automatically be collected according to the type of agreement. The agreement may be set up to take an immediate or a delayed payment.
Each time a payment is debited from your card or bank account as part of your agreement, a transaction confirmation email is generated by our system and sent to the email address we have on record for you entered when your agreement was created.
If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, we will send you an email to inform you of the steps you need to take within our Shopper Management System to resolve the issue. Agreement Type
We offer a simple, regular Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreement, used to pay a set amount at a regular, fixed interval over a specific time. This is typically used for 6 or 12 month of membership subscription.
Cancelation of your FuturePay payments
To cancel your FuturePay payments please contact the Young Business Club London on +44 (0)7491 024924 or email email@example.com.
Alternatively you can cancel the FuturePay agreement yourself (Membership will be immediately terminated) log into the WorldPay Administration Server with your username and password at: https://secure.worldpay.com/fp/shopper/futurepay/
This will give you access to your agreement details. Go down to Customer FuturePay Agreements and click where it says 'Change Details'. In the bottom right hand corner you will see a button saying 'Cancel'. Click this and confirm. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your agreement/subscription has been cancelled.
Once confirmed, your agreement will then be cancelled. You will get confirmation of this on screen, and also be notified via e-mail. No more payments will be taken for this agreement. Please note:
- Depending on the type of your membership the Membership fees are payable 6 or 12 months by monthly instalments in advance and membership will commence from the date you joined as a Full Member of the Young Business Club London.
- Where payment has been set up via FuturePay, membership will commence when the first payment has been taken.
- If you cancel the FuturePay agreement during the term of your membership with the Young Business Club London, all unpaid monthly instalments that are due or to fall due during the term of your membership shall become immediately due and payable by you.
- Membership fees will not be refunded unless you cancel within 14 days of joining, save in the event of a serious breach of the terms and conditions stipulate in the Young Business Club London Membership Agreement on our part.
